The hotel is well situated with convenient access to local attractions and a large parking lot. the room was spotlessly clean and comfortable with up, to, date features such as modern furnishings and ample storage space. the polite staff was always ready to help.
The check, in process was a nightmare and needs major improvement.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming, always ready to help us with our needs. Our room was spotless and had a modern feel to it. Plus, the location was great, as we were able to walk to the shopping mall nearby and had easy access to other attractions as well. We also enjoyed the convenience of having a free parking spot available.
The check-in process was quite slow and frustrating, as it took longer than expected to locate our reservation and complete the paperwork. we were disappointed with the limited breakfast options available and the cold coffee served.

Our Christmas stay was enjoyable and memorable. The hotel was modern, clean, and had a good size parking lot. We appreciated the friendly staff and the fact that the hotel was close to a mall and easily accessible, while still being a bit away from the city. we enjoyed the free parking and the cleanliness of our room.
There were also a few negatives. The breakfast was lacking in options and often overcrowded.

I had a great stay in this hotel. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. They were always willing to help me with any questions or concerns I had. The room was spotless and well-maintained. Additionally, the hotel had great facilities and a convenient location. I was walking distance from a mall and easy to reach all the wedding locations. The parking was ample and free, which was a huge plus.
All was perfect.

My stay at Ibis was fabulous! The modern and clean room exceeded my expectations. The free parking and its close proximity to the mall made it very convenient. The easy access to the wedding locations was also a plus. I highly recommend this hotel.
